To see how our short film would be distributed, we did some research into existing distribution companies for both films of a similar genre to ours, and other short films.

FEATURE FILM DISTRIBUTORS

DNA Films

• DNA is run by Andrew MacDonald and his producing partner Allon Reich and is one of the UK's most successful production companies. 
• Productions include: 28 Days Later, 28 Weeks Later, Trainspotting & Shallow Grave.

Vertigo Films

• Vertigo Films is a UK Film and Distribution company founded in 2002 by Allan Niblo and James Richardson.
• Productions include: Bronson, Monster & Streetdance 3D.

New Line Cinema

• Founded in 1967, New line cinema continues its long and successful history of producing critically acclaimed hit films that resonate with both mainstream and niche audiences around the world.
• Productions include: A Nightmare On Elm Street, The Lord Of The Rings & The Texas Chainsaw Massacre.

Warner Brothers Pictures

• Founded April 4 1923, Warner Bros Pictures, has been at the forefront of the motion picture industry since its inception and continues to be a leading a creative force in the industry.
• Productions include: The Dark Knight Trilogy, The Exorcist & The Corpse Bride.
