To prepare for filming our final project, we practised focus pulls. This is so when we do film, we have a better idea of how to do a focus pull. These are the results of our testing.
For this we went into one of the music rooms in college to ensure that we weren't disturbing a class and we were able to complete the test quickly and effectively. We first did a focus pull test on inanimate objects (a phone case and a picture) then we decided to do a focus pull on people to see if we could create the same effect. We wanted to ensure we were able to do a focus pull between two people as we wanted to use this technique in our film.
