Filming day two: January 14th 2015

On the 14th of january we began filming extra shots to make our film have more of a variety of shots e.g. we filmed more close-ups, medium close-ups, match on action etc. We also decided to re-film the following shots:
Cupboard shots with the GoPro camera
Unconscious scene with the GoPro camera ad the Sony HD camera
Dead Scene with the GoPro
Running scene with the Sony HD camera and the GoPro camera
We also re-filmed the flashback scene using the Sony HD camera
We also Changed the scene where Deb and Tina have a conversation as instead of having a double pan we decided to have  shot reverse shot with a sound bridge. We also filmed more walking scenes so we could show Deb and Tina entering the doors from scene two.
We started filming at half past one so that we were able to have something to eat and have time to set up our equipment.

What went well:

Because we booked out our equipment in the morning we were able to go straight to filming, meaning that by booking our equipment early we were more efficient.

Also on our first filming day we didn't have the attachment for the GoPro to fit properly onto the steadicam, therefore we had to tape the GoPro onto the steadicam, this meant that some of the footage was kinda uneasy to watch. So on the second day of filming we reshot the scenes with the steadicam so we had a smoother look to the scenes, and so they were easier to watch and didn't have a Blair Witch Project effect.

Also because we allowed ourselves to have a break and planned out when we were filming each individual scene we were able to finish the filming relatively quickly and efficiently, meaning we had more time to check through what we had filmed and make sure that everything looked alright, we also did this so we were able to see what we needed to re-shoot.

                                                         What could have gone better:

Because we had made a schedule on where and when we were filming scenes we didn't take into account how much time it would take to set up certain setting and set up equipment, therefore we did lose some time setting up. So next time we film a scene and make a schedule we could allow ourselves a certain amount of time to set up our equipment and ensure our setting is right to ensure continuity.
